Zero Density`s liability for defects in materials or workmanship shall be limited, at Zero Density`s option, to repair or replacement of the Product as set forth in this warranty. Except for the limited warranty expressly set forth above for Zero Density branded products, Zero Density makes no warranties or conditions, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any warranties or conditions (1) of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, performance, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement; (2) with respect to third-party products or software; or (3) with respect to the results to be achieved with the Product or Software. Zero Density expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions not set forth in this limited hardware warranty and to the extent prohibited by law. This limited hardware warranty may be waived by Zero Density at Zero Density`s sole discretion if third-party products not provided by Zero Density are installed on your Zero Density system. In countries or regions where applicable law requires warranty service for imported products to be provided by the local importer, or where applicable law does not require warranty service for imported products to be provided by the manufacturer, all warranty services for Zero Density products in such countries or regions are provided solely by the importer and not by Zero Density. unless the local importer has been expressly authorized by Zero Density or its local affiliate to import the Products and refer warranty services to Zero Density. Apple`s warranty obligations for this hardware product are limited to the terms set forth herein. Apple, as defined in the table below, warrants this Apple-branded hardware product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of retail purchase by the original end user (“Warranty Period”). If a material defect occurs and a valid claim is received during the warranty period, Apple, in its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by applicable law, (1) repair the hardware defect free of charge and use new or refurbished parts equivalent in performance and reliability to the new ones, (2) replace the product with a new or refurbished product of equivalent performance and reliability. to those of the new product and at least functionally equivalent to the new product. The original Product is equivalent to or (3) refund the purchase price of the Product.
