Our legal team is essential to ensure that we are able to deliver key projects and initiatives, as well as our ambitious growth plans. As we grow, we aim to strengthen our team with a leadership position reporting to our Head of Labour and Commercial Litigation at our London headquarters. You will be responsible for providing strategic advice to the global business and will work with our core management team and country managing directors. We are looking for a Legal Billing Administrator to work with and support Deliveroo`s legal team. Deliveroo`s legal team consists of more than 50 lawyers (and non-lawyers!) around the world who work with a huge number of external law firms, vendors and suppliers in many different markets. As a result, Deliveroo`s legal team receives a large number of invoices each month that need to be tracked, reviewed and settled, and our legal billing function is responsible for managing these billing processes, among other things, so that Deliveroo`s legal team can track expenses and budget. The successful candidate will be the essential administrative support for the legal billing functionality. The successful candidate works with the Legal Billing Manager and the Legal Billing Manager to ensure that the administrative support required by the Legal Billing team is managed effectively and efficiently, and helps execute the processes to process the large number of invoices and requests that Deliveroo`s legal team has received from law firms, suppliers and external suppliers. The successful candidate will work closely with various Deliveroo finance teams to provide support in the end-to-end legal settlement process. They ensure efficient and timely follow-up and payment of invoices received by Deliveroo`s legal team and assist you with inquiries when they arise.
